This old abandoned cemetery is located off Highway 28 just west of Copiah Creek on property that is currently being mined for gravel. Workers were cutting a new road when they discovered the grave markers.  They left the small copse of trees around the group of stones so that they wouldn't be damaged further.  There could be a number of unmarked graves here as well.  Only the obvious names are found here.
